Due to the personalized nature of our services, including AI interactions, platform access, and caregiver vetting processes, refunds cannot be issued once services begin.
3. Subscription Cancellation
While refunds are not available, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to services through the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
4. Free Trial Policy
For services offering a free trial:
- You may cancel anytime during the trial period at no charge
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged
- Once charged, the standard no-refund policy applies
5. Exceptional Circumstances
OMAA LLC is under no obligation to provide refunds or credits. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Such consideration does not establish precedent for future requests.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:

- We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors
Please note that billing error correction is not considered a refund but rather a correction of an administrative mistake.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on valid charges may result in:

- Termination of services
- Potential legal action
- Reporting to relevant authorities
