OMAA LLC operates a platform providing various services for mothers, including:

• MoM AI: An AI-powered parenting companion providing 24/7 support and guidance
• OMAA Caregivers: A platform connecting families with childcare providers
• Career Resources: Tools and resources for mothers returning to work or changing careers

We facilitate connections and provide resources but are not an employment agency for caregiver services.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupt or interfere with our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent our platform to conduct direct arrangements without proper authorization

5. Caregiver Relationships (OMAA Caregivers)

For users of OMAA Caregivers services:

• Caregivers are independent contractors, not employees of OMAA LLC
• OMAA LLC is not responsible for employment obligations, worker compensation, caregiver actions, or quality of care
• Families must conduct their own due diligence when selecting caregivers
• Families are responsible for verifying credentials, establishing terms, and complying with employment laws
• Families must manage caregiver relationships directly

6. Background Checks and Verification

While we may provide background check services for caregivers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of background check results or the suitability of any caregiver. Users must conduct their own independent assessments.

7. Fees and Payment

• Service fees are charged according to pricing displayed at the time of purchase
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Fees are subject to change with notice
• Third-party payment processors handle transactions
• Late payments may result in account suspension or termination

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by OMAA LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

9. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Termination

OMAA LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services ceases immediately
• You remain liable for any fees owed
• No refunds will be provided
• We may delete your account and data

13. Dispute Resolution

• Unresolved disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive your right to a jury trial and class action participation
• These Terms are governed by the laws of OMAA LLC's jurisdiction

14. General Provisions

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OMAA LLC
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours freely
